Inspired by Little Hard Rigg Cairn
Tucked beneath Ingleborough’s shadow, this burial cairn sits alone in the limestone folds. It’s an understated site, more natural mound than monument but its’ alignment with solstice sunrise hints at deeper purpose.
This piece follows that subtle intention with a single raised band emerging from one edge of the surface meant to catch the light as it moves across the form. Like a sunbeam, it awakens the whole design.
Hand-cast in sterling silver with traditional tools, the design retains a tactile, weathered texture natural and deliberate at once.
At triskelion we can only hope that one day someone purchases and holds dearly our creations and in the far future unearth one of our pieces, it will bring mystery to the beholder as it does now.
