Born from the ancient whispers of Dor stone hill, where the land sings of timeworn secrets and storm-kissed legends, the ring is a powerful fusion of molten and earth, fire and sand

Rock Crystals in the Early British Neolithic at Dorstone Hill, Herefordshire was seemingly common, a rare form of water-clear type of quartz, is occasionally recovered from prehistoric sites. The Neolithic people had an obsession with the collecting and carving of quarts and precious gems. Gems like quarts having piezoelectric properties, squeezing or compressing the crystal, causes a voltage to appear across its’ faces, creating a spark or current. Why did they collect the quartz?

At its’ centre blazes a deep red synthetic ruby, echoing the molten core which looms deep beneath the sleeping hill. Surrounding it, veins of clear and frosted quarts  shimmer like frozen mist

Forged in tribute to the hill where druids once sought visions and warriors found courage. Whether you're drawn to its’ raw natural energy or its’ commanding aesthetic, this piece is for those who carry curiosity and ponder a world long behind us.

At triskelion we can only hope that one day someone stumbles or digs up one of our creations; it may bring mystery to the beholder.
